2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3777b platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, whether or not you have completed the registration process.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the following additional policy documents, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3777b:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, storage, and use of your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — setting out the tools and commitments 3777b provides to support safe gambling.
• Bonus Terms — specific wagering requirements and conditions applicable to each promotional offer.
• Game-Specific Rules — individual rules applicable to specific game categories including sports betting, live dealer games, poker, slots, and bingo.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless a specific exception is expressly stated in writing by 3777b.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money services on 3777b, you must complete the registration process and open a Player Account. The following rules apply to all Player Accounts on the 3777b platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Player Account on 3777b. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 3777b uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 3777b is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of inaccurate information provided at registration.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified 3777b of suspected unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, 3777b will require KYC verification. You will be asked to submit copies of government-issued identity documents and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Accounts may be restricted until KYC is completed satisfactorily.
• Account Currency: All 3777b accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Once set, the account currency cannot be changed.

3777b reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval, and 3777b may conduct background checks or screening processes as part of its due diligence obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

3777b offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this section only where expressly stated.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from the account.
• Welcome Bonus: The 3777b welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per IP address. Players who have previously held a 3777b account under any name are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and sports bets contribute at a rate based on the applicable odds. Games with a return-to-player rate above 97% may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions entirely.
• Bonus Abuse: 3777b takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, or any form of coordinated exploitation. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
• 3777b's Discretion: 3777b reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 3777b also reserves the right to withhold, alter, or remove a bonus from any Player account if it determines the bonus was claimed in violation of these terms.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

3777b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false age verification documents.
• The Player has created or is suspected of operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• The Player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, any Prohibited Activity as defined in these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the KYC process.
• The Player Account has been identified as a potential money-laundering, fraud, or payment-abuse risk by 3777b's compliance systems.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a deposit made to 3777b.
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order and has attempted to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period.
• 3777b is required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or applicable law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email at the address registered on the account. 3777b will endeavour to resolve investigations promptly, typically within 14 business days. During a suspension, the Player may not access their account, make deposits or withdrawals, or place wagers.

Upon permanent closure of an account following a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, 3777b reserves the right to withhold some or all of the funds held in the account, including any winnings generated during the period of the violation. Where no breach is established and the account is closed for other reasons, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily — whether as a responsible gaming measure or for any other reason — may do so by contacting the 3777b support team. Voluntary closures requested as responsible gaming self-exclusions will be treated with priority and processed within 24 hours.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3777b holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 3777b's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory.

By registering a Player Account, Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling laws in Bangladesh are complex and subject to interpretation, and that Players are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with any applicable local regulations. 3777b does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the lawfulness of accessing the platform from any specific jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which shall be the authoritative version for interpretation purposes. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail.
